The Restoration of Adam’s Dominion!

In last week’s e-Truths message, we explained the truth about Adam’s dominion. Of necessity, we took extra time to thoroughly explain the TRUTH of what had happened to Adam’s dominion when he and Eve fell into sin.

We also talked about the different LIES that satan promotes concerning Adam’s so-called “lost dominion.” We also mentioned in particular the different viewpoints regarding Adam’s so-called lost dominion, and we pointed out several false perceptions concerning the result of Adam’s fall into sin.

GOLD & GLORY FLASHPOINT 1:

• Christians grant satan authority and dominion in certain aspects of their lives by believing in some of these lies about Adam’s dominion after the fall. The devil will always take advantage of every lie that we as Christians wrongfully believe, thus using our misplaced “belief system of lies” to cause havoc in the lives of many Christians.
• We made it clear in last week’s lesson that mankind had lost NONE of Adam’s dominion. Certainly, Adam’s dominion was NOT lost; it was ONLY corrupted through sin. The last 6,000 years proved to us that Adam’s dominion was NEVER lost to satan, or anyone else for that matter. History contains the facts and evidences of all the great and diverse empires and kingdoms of man that existed at different times during the last 6,000 years. In fact, history provides substantial and undeniable evidence that Adam NEVER lost any of his original God-given dominion.
• After falling into sin, the devil, through deception, would use any opportunity to question and attack the reality of man’s continued dominion. Since the devil did not gain possession of any of Adam’s dominion, as Jesus Himself rightfully explained, satan instead would come to man “as a thief.” He would attack us by stealing, killing, and destroying anything possible existing in the earth, including everything that God had originally given to Adam in the beginning.
• It is important for us, as the Church, to learn the truth about Adam’s dominion and to make the necessary adjustments in our minds and in our lifestyles. It is time to kick the devil out the door and REINFORCE the fact that today we STILL possess Adam’s dominion! Unfortunately, few Christians believe this truth.
• Will Adam’s original dominion ever be restored to mankind and the earth? Is there a chance that it might be restored to its original glory since we still presently possess all of Adam’s dominion? The answer is a resounding YES!

GOLD & GLORY FLASHPOINT 2:

• Here is one of the gems of the New Testament that is simply lost. I am talking about the restoration of Adam’s original dominion since you find this truth in Acts chapter 3. You may recall the wonderful story of the lame man being healed at the temple gate through the ministry of Peter and John. This outstanding miracle that day caused a sensational uprising of many people at the temple, as many onlookers heard and witnessed this commotion, and almost a countless number of people began to gather outside the temple in a large, covered area called Solomon’s porch. It is safe to say that several thousand people came together in a very short space of time. Here, God created a special opportunity for the preaching of the gospel, a situation similar to what we today call “a massive evangelical revival meeting.” Immediately, Peter began to preach about Jesus, whom these people in his audience had crucified; however, it was through the POWER of the RISEN Christ that the lame man’s legs were made strong and healed!
• While delivering this powerful sermon, Peter began to call on the crowd to repent of their sins, of crucifying Jesus, and to promptly receive Him as their Lord and Savior. Peter further explained that Jesus now resides in HEAVEN and that the Lord would have to remain there UNTIL the restoration of ALL things in the earth had FIRST taken place. Simply put, Jesus will not return to the earth UNTIL the time when ALL of the earth is FULLY restored to the PURITY and PERFECTION of its original creation. Yes, the time WILL come when God WILL restore everything in the earth back to the beginning days of Adam! Peter also stated that this future restoration he was talking about has  already been prophesied and promised by all the prophets of Israel through time (Acts 3:21).
• The old King James uses the word “restitution,” which is the same as “restoration.” Since the New Testament was originally written in Greek, we are able to find the original Greek word for “restoration” in Acts 3:21. This Greek word is the word “APOKATASTASIS.” Every reference in any concordance of the study of this word means only one thing: “Apokatastasis,” which simply means a restoration that returns everything to the state and condition of the ORIGINAL CREATION OF ADAM. There is no other explanation for this word at all. Peter spoke in AGREEMENT with ALL the Old Testament prophets. Yes, they all prophesied in one accord about a complete and total restoration of mankind of the earth, including all different life forms in the earth—from animals to vegetation and the soil of the earth itself. God had promised in the times of the Old Testament and through all the prophets of Israel that He would cause such a complete and total restoration of all of Adam’s creation BEFORE Christ would return to the earth since His ascension in glory!
• Here is another great and awesome miraculous reality that is not only an amazing truth the Church has neglected, but also is a great miracle scheduled to take place IN OUR LIFETIME since we live in the final years of the last generation of the Church era. Jesus MUST remain in heaven while the gospel is preached to all nations, and a great and final harvest will be reaped in the last days before the Lord’s return. However, even before the last day harvest can be produced, God will carry out the miracle of “apokatastasis.” Everything on this planet, right down to its very soil, will be restored to the purity and holiness of the original creation of Adam.
