• Jesus knew what He had come to do on the earth. And of course He also knew that He would be condemned to death by His own people. So many Christians today do not even understand why Jesus died on the cross, not only physically, but also in Spirit. Before the foundation of the world, Jesus took care of all the sins of mankind, covering the entire future—even when time comes to an end. That salvation will endure forever; however, it still was necessary for Jesus to come to the earth so that He could redeem the whole Earth itself, in the timeline which includes everything that lives and moves in the earth.

• Then on the cross, Jesus became sin for us. Why was it necessary for Jesus to become sin itself again since He had already done that before the foundation of the world? By dying for us in the eternal past, Jesus provided an eternal salvation for all mankind. Since Adam and Eve sold out their stewardship of the earth to the devil, Jesus came to the earth to redeem the entire planet that was corrupted by sin. Hebrews 9 says that without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins. In other words, Jesus must become the sacrifice.
• During the Old Testament, Israel used and performed animal sacrifices which did not redeem them, but it prepared them for the coming Messiah in the future. In redeeming the earth, Jesus had to become the sacrifice by spilling His blood. So the moment that He died on the cross, all the earth was redeemed, including our natural man—the mind and the body.
• Even after Jesus delivered us fully on the cross, He still had to descend into hell itself to pay the penalty of sin in hell, which is eternal death. It took Jesus 3 days and 3 nights to pay the price, the ransom for everyone that would ever live. So, His descendancy into hell was the suffering of eternal death, enabling every human being on the earth to be saved through the blessing of this complete and unified action of deliverance.
• Once Jesus rose victoriously from the dead, He appeared to His disciples, and many people saw that He was resurrected, and that He was alive. Since the wages of sin is death, Jesus had to suffer death in His complete man—spirit, soul, and body. The final act of redemption needed that very same day was for Jesus to ascend to heaven and come before the altar of the Lord and sprinkle His own blood on the heavenly mercy seat of Grace.
• Thereafter, Jesus was glorified by the Father as He gave Jesus ALL authority, ALL power, and ALL government of the universe! Then Jesus sent Holy Spirit to the earth to lead us to salvation, and to perform all the desires of Jesus in the planet.
• Even as we speak here today, Jesus is still in sitting in heaven on His throne next to the Father’s throne. He is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. He is the Almighty God, and the Prince of Salvation. Jesus had promised earlier that a great harvest of souls would be produced in these last days. And when that is completed, the Lord will descend from heaven to receive all of His people and ascend with them into the heavens. Our end-time arsenal of books can help prepare you for it all!
• Once we arrive in heaven, there will be a judgment of our lives as Christians. At that time, we would have to show the reality of our deeds after we were born again.
  • • Yes, this will be the judgment of the Church in heaven. Then, we will sit down with Jesus and enjoy the last Great Supper of the Lamb of God. This is the high point of the eternal Christ as we just described it.
    • Yes, during Dispensation 8, after the Church has departed, the Great Tribulation will unfold all over the world. That will end at the Battle of Armageddon. Then, having come back to Earth for the second time, Jesus will govern Israel and the world. And at the end of the 1,000 years, all those people will have one opportunity to receive or reject Jesus.
• One more thing, the children of God will then be a body, spiritually, but personally, each one of us will inherit the rewards and blessings of being part of the body of Christ…and so we will always be with the Lord because Jesus is timeless. Why? Since He did not originate in time, He was and is forever the Word of God, the sacrificial Lamb unto salvation and we will live with Christ forever on the new earth. Indeed, just think about this for a moment.

Once eternity is reached, everything will be perfect, and we will continue our relationship with the Lord personally throughout all eternity because the journey of the eternal Christ will never come to end, in Jesus’ name, hallelujah!
