The March 12 Sunday broadcast, entitled “Heaven can Wait!” was an urgent message from the Lord to the 5-fold ministry leadership of the
Church. The Lord required a further response to this March 12 message, which came forth on March 15, in our “Weekly Insights” e-Truths, entitled “A Critical Moment…of Penitence!”
Since that time during the week of March 12 to 15 was utilized by the Lord in a matter of urgency, we are now released to return to the truths of the previous week. Accordingly, I call your attention back to our March 8 “Weekly Insights” e-Truths, entitled “How to Take Full Possession of God’s Gifts!” and for you to study this message in its entirety (see full message below), as there is SO much to learn here!
Then, as the Lord may lead in our next “Weekly Insights” e-Truths, we will publish the follow up to this particular message. Another reason for republishing this message is for the follow up into Part 2, and we will make sure that Part 2 directly follows this publication of Part 1. Be blessed!
How to Take Full Possession of God’s Gifts!
The Lord created the human race to be like a sponge. Our entire existence is focused on receiving everything we need and desire from our immediate environment.
The 5 senses of the natural body are geared this way—to look and to see whatever is available, or to hear what can be heard, and to touch or take possession of what is materially available to us.
Our entire lives are wrapped in a continual process of “looking” and “receiving.” Even from the earliest days of childhood, we eagerly focused on everything around us to get and receive ALL we possibly can!
GOLD & GLORY FLASHPOINT 1:
- Human beings are like empty vessels—ever ready to be filled with something new. All we receive from God, other people, and the environment comes to us very naturally. It is simply called LIFE. It is so easy for us to receive things through the 5 senses of the body, as well as receiving the Word of God also through the natural senses.
- As we explained in the last broadcast of March 5, The Secret to Receiving the Mind of Christ, actually hearing and receiving God’s Word in our MIND is NOT hard. However, as we individually study the New Testament Word of God, there are many things in the Epistles that may be difficult

- Nevertheless, God’s Holy Spirit, the TEACHER of the Church, is on standby 24/7/365, to TEACH us the wonderful things of God and ALL the GIFTS of God’s life which we have received through salvation!
- In contrast to receiving the Word of God in our MINDS, let’s pause a moment and revisit our Sunday message of February 26, How to Discover God’s Hidden Revelations! 02-26-2023. In this message, we talked about receiving things from the Lord in our SPIRIT MAN.
- Here we referenced Ephesians 1:17, which is so powerful. It shows such great commitment from the Lord to take all the divine things of God from His heart and pour them into our SPIRITS, where they become living substances and realities of eternal life!
- So in this message of February 26, we looked specifically at how we should receive the things of God in our SPIRITS, as referenced in Ephesians 1:17. In this verse we learned how to receive God’s spiritual wisdom, God’s spiritual revelations, and God’s spiritual knowledge in our spirit man.
- Regrettably, most of God’s people do not understand that Holy Spirit PERSONALLY lives inside
their spirits. Besides this, in receiving from God in our spirits, we are still faced with 3 very real and formidable problems that hinder us from receiving the things of God in our spirits. - Here is problem #1: when we ask the Lord for blessings of the New Covenant, we ask the Father in Jesus’ name. In the Church we know to do this; however, any spiritual virtue that we desire for the Lord to bring into our SPIRITS are things that we ask PERSONALLY from Holy Spirit. Nevertheless, this particular truth is seldom taught.
- In John chapters 14 to 17, Jesus explained to His disciples in which manner He would send the Person of Holy Spirit to come and live inside their SPIRITS. In John 16:7, Jesus said that after His departure ALL His
disciples would experience an extremely close and personal relationship with the Spirit of the Lord. - Actually, Holy Spirit fellowship is a TRUE spiritual experience of intimacy, which in itself is almost a non-existent teaching in the Church. In John 14 through 17, Jesus described this intimate relationship with Holy Spirit, including at least 14 wonderful gifts and blessings that Holy Spirit will PERSONALLY carry into the spirit of EVERY born-again person.
- This truth is so fundamentally critical to living and practicing our reality walk with Holy Spirit. Moreover, this reality walk with Holy Spirit is hardly taught anywhere at all in the Church! This is devastating—and therefore it is problem #1 in receiving from the Lord in our spirit.
- Refer to page 69 of our book, TRUE Christianity, to discover the 14 personal blessings that Holy Spirit has reserved for us as believers!
GOLD & GLORY FLASHPOINT 2:
- Now, problem #2: it is of such great importance to know that the TRUE New Testament Word of God is PURE, it is SPIRIT, and it is LIFE (John
6:63). Yet, there is a tragic situation in connection with hearing the Word of God preached. It is ONLY the PURE, unadulterated New Testament Word of God that contains ALL the spiritual substances which Holy Spirit wishes to PERSONALLY deliver inside our human spirit. - When we hear the Word preached, if any word in that sermon is NOT PURE “NEW TESTAMENT WORD,” it cannot be carried into our human spirit by Holy Spirit. Anything preached that is man’s opinions, ideas, interpretations, theologies, or Church doctrines, are NOT spiritual words of life and therefore CANNOT be carried into the human spirit by Holy Spirit!
- Honestly, I tremble when I think about all those people who go to Church on Sundays. Sadly, there is so little PURE “New Testament Word” preached to God’s people worldwide. This is problem #2!
- Here is problem #3: as little as what is said about Holy Spirit in the Church world, when it comes to the born-again human spirit, this true Spirit man of eternity is hardly ever referenced in the Church. How much is actually said about the born-again human spirit?
- We tell sinners that they have the nature of the devil in their spirits, and in order to receive salvation, their spirits must be born again with the life of God—which is the salvation of Jesus Christ. This is the moment that the human spirit becomes a brand-new person or new creature in Christ. At large, there is a lot of good teaching available about your spirit being a new creature in Christ. Add to this also the baptism of Holy Spirit in your spirit, which makes it possible for your spirit to speak in tongues, which we firmly believe.
- Here is the total sum of what we teach the Church about their born-again spirit: we teach repentance to salvation, the baptism of the Spirit in tongues, and also for us to strive to be used by the Lord in the gifts of the Spirit. That’s it! Apart from this, nothing much is taught about how to venture into the development of our human spirit in the spiritual process of growing on a daily basis.
- The relationship between Holy Spirit and human spirit, which Jesus SO clearly explained in those 4 chapters of John 14 to 17, is hardly ever mentioned, much less taught—NOTHING! Subsequently, the human spirit in Christ is neither encouraged nor shown the way, much less
even escorted on the path of spiritual growth and development into FULL maturity. - Several of the great Church generals of the 20th Century lamented the fact that despite the abundance of the preaching of the Word in most countries of the world, the actual DEVELOPMENT of the born-again human spirit is yet in its infancy.
- HERE IS THE SHOCKER! Human spirits are born-again on Earth; and although the mind and the body of the person enjoy the course of full development, the spirit man is denied such and remains in infancy for many years—even until death, yet still a baby. This baby human spirit then proceeds to heaven. What a terrible tragedy! The human spirits of most Christians arrive in heaven, yet in spiritual infancy!
The Lord gave me the assurance that in these last days of the Church, He will raise up a glorious Church,
which would be spiritually MATURE to the FULL measure of Christ. Praise God, forever more!!!
