TIME!

Wait a minute…do you have a second? The reality, or maybe even the revelation, JUST hit me literally moments ago! I get it NOW!!

But I think I was wrong about TIME.

Yes, all THIS time, I have been wrong about it all. See, I have been teaching the Church about prophetic time (Bible times, the times of God).

GOLD & GLORY FLASHPOINT 1:

• MEANWHILE, all the time, I should rather have been teaching the Church about NATURAL time. Because right now, I know that in the Church we don’t really understand how natural time ticks away. No wonder the Church is not grasping the formulas of PROPHETIC TIME. Our problem with time originated long ago, insomuch that the Church neither understands nor acknowledges the PROGRESSIVE FLOW of natural time.
• As time goes by, we grab a broom and sweep it all under the rug. We don’t have time to be bothered with TIME. Furthermore, we begin to believe that we can time travel through time like in the movies.
• Would you think about this for a quick moment? We are going back to the Kennedy assassination. We will arrive at the airport three hours prior to the president’s arrival, block off the road, and cause a huge commotion that would last for hours, thus buying us a few hours of time and preventing a tragedy that is NOW over 60 years old. Perhaps through quantum physics we will be able to take a quantum leap in time and go back and prevent the Kennedy assassination.
• Sadly, people, even Christians, might have believed this ridiculous time warp—a problem we might be able to iron out. Really, time is what it is by what you THINK. Really? No, No! We’re thinking wrongly about time. We think that time runs like the oceans of the world, flowing in all different directions around the world at all times, changing yet always covering all possibilities of the movement of time. Yes, that is time. Time is like the oceans. I think you just got to believe it and that time flows like the oceans, right? WRONG!
• Perhaps, it is like it is in the Bible. Bible times were not ages ago. The stories of the Bible did not transpire in times of old called “ancient times.” No, no, Bible events are all recent occurrences of ever-presently revolving little time pieces. Let me explain.
• In the book of Acts, Philip led the eunuch to salvation. Then Philip was just gone. Obviously, he called in a helicopter for a quick pick up. It says that Elijah outran Ahab’s chariot while Ahab really had a limousine. Also, Elijah had a Kawasaki motorcycle. That’s possible! I mean, we know that even Moses had a motorcycle, right? It’s scriptural. The Bible says that Moses’ “Triumph” (the brand name of a great British motorcycle company) was heard throughout all the land. Wow, this motorbike was loud! Moses must have taken off the muffler or exhaust system to make sure everybody could hear him everywhere! Honestly, I think Elijah was American, and that he probably had a Harley Davidson.
• See, all these Bible events didn’t happen that long ago. Besides, time is short; always has been. Do you remember Jeremiah the prophet? It says in the Book of Jeremiah that he went down to his friend’s house, the potter, and that his friend was working on his wheels. You know, obviously fixing his car. So, everything in the Bible can be explained in RECENT TIMES. Think about the time when the Lord Jesus got in a boat with the disciples. Obviously, Peter had a powerboat because the Bible says that immediately they were on the other side.
• Furthermore, Jesus also walked on water, and he probably used the latest quantum physics technologies. I am not being blasphemous. I am telling you that I would not be surprised if some liberal so-called minister would actually suggest this kind of an explanation in his teachings. Just don’t be so old-fashioned and narrow-minded. You know yourself all these things probably happened only a few years ago. Time in the Bible is just like time now. There is not much difference at all between the two. Are you crazy?
• The book of Revelation says that Jesus first died BEFORE the foundation of the world. Well, I think we get confused here for no reason because we believe, and we know that Jesus died for us here on Earth—and that also probably did not happen too long ago. There are some suggested “misprints” in the Bible concerning time. It talks about “last days,” “latter days,” “ancient times,” “end times,” and the “time of the end.” No, no, no, time is much simpler than that. Time really is just like yesterday, today, and tomorrow. You know?

• Reality check for us all. Is it actually possible to believe all the garbage that I have said so far in this “Weekly Insights” e-Truths edition? You laugh and say, “No way.” You would be surprised to know what some Christians believe and even some of them preach stuff that relates to all the hogwash I just spewed out. Here is the bottom line about TIME. People ONLY acknowledge time and segments of time in the past or the present that suit them, that is, what they want ABOUT TIME, and what they believe ABOUT TIME. These people develop their own private time system.
• Is time a non-factor of life? Are you crazy? Do you want a quick revelation of time and how it works? “Looketh” thou in the mirror. What “seest” thou? TIME. That’s what you see. Have you always looked the way you look now? I am not just talking about old age. If you were a kid 10 years ago and most of your relatives had not seen you for 10 years, they would not recognize you NOW. Why? BECAUSE OF TIME! In your looks, you have experienced a transformation in 10 years from childhood to adulthood. That is 10 years of time PROGRESSION.
• Finally, let’s just mention time in the Bible. No, King Ahab did NOT have a limousine, and Elijah did NOT have a Harley Davidson. If we are not visually blind, we would look carefully at time around us and pay close attention to our IMMEDIATE environment all the time, especially if you live in the northern parts of America. In just a few short months, the scenery of nature transforms itself. Every few months there appears a new scenery of nature because TIME continually produces  new seasons of TIME.
• The basic simplistic reality of time is this: God created TIME in the beginning. God activated a new system of TIME in Genesis 1:3 when He said, “Let there be light.” What He actually said was let there be daylight. Then, God separated the light of day from the night and so created the first day by programming all the rotations of the planets of our solar system, moon, and sun. Natural time is measured in seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years, decades, centuries, millenniums, and ages.
• Every day of your life is a new 24-hour period. We should all live daily in the simple realities of the time cycles of natural time as I have just mentioned to you. Once we live in the PRECISION of natural time, we may ask the next question. Here is the next question. What about God and the Bible and the times of the story of the Bible called Bible HISTORY? Actually, how does time work in the times and history of the Bible?
• How I wish that every Christian and every minister of the gospel would ask this same Bible question. This question and its answer would eventually lead us to the discovery of God’s timetable for all the times and events of the earth. What a great revelation of life awaits us IF we explore the journey of discovering the secrets and truths of Bible times and the times of God as they apply to our lives now and as they influence every day that we may live on this earth!
