Jesus…Eternal Greatness!

This time of year is the season in which we “traditionally” celebrate the birth of Christ. Sadly, this celebration has become more and more commercialized and superficial, thus dominating this celebration of Christ for so long.

In contrast, let’s talk about the Christ—even Jesus in His Person. Over the last two broadcasts, as inspired by the Lord, we have explored both the personal and spiritual realities of our Lord. Antichrist Christianity has always portrayed Jesus like a “Mr. Rogers in the neighborhood,” a personal friend—somebody we know for ourselves as our best buddy.

But Jesus is NOT that person. He is both MAN and GOD.
His body was created in a sovereign act of Holy Spirit in Mary’s womb.
His spirit was the second Person of God (the Person of the Word), who came straight from heaven!

  • In our last broadcast, the Lord led me to explain who Jesus was in spirit. Gloriously, He was God from heaven; and spiritually, He was the Lord—a human spirit from BEFORE time. Clearly, before any creation, Jesus had been supernaturally refashioned in His divine spirit to also become a human spirit.
  • According to Revelation 13:8, Jesus became the Lamb of God who was slain for us before the foundation of the world. Indeed, Revelation 4:3 tells us that all the works of God were done before the foundation of the world.
  • Here is something the Church does NOT talk about, and yet this is such a rich revelation for the children of God. It was impossible for Jesus to become the Lamb of God before time if He had not ALSO become a human spirit BEFORE He died for us in the dateless past.
  • Naturally, the Church always considers Jesus from the time that He was born as THE moment in which He became a MAN; however, Jesus could not have been slain for us as GOD before the world began, but He had to become human in His spirit at that time to represent the human race in His sacrifice before time!
  • It is obvious that before time Jesus was BOTH slain as the Lamb of God, as well as simultaneously resurrected and restored to glory before the Father. How do we know that?
      1. His eternal spiritual sacrifice for us before time was successful.
      2. He was resurrected in spirit after He had become our sacrifice and was subsequently restored to the Father.
  • It is not known how many billions of years transpired from the time Jesus was sacrificed for us in the dateless past until the time that the Lord finally began to create the heavens, the earth, and all the galaxies in space.
  • Between the first creation of Earth (the pre-Adamic) and the second creation of Earth (Adam), billions of years had evidently passed. The Earth itself is 4.54 billion years old, and billions of years before that in the dateless past, Jesus was sacrificed for us in spirit unto ETERNAL salvation. (For more details, refer to chapters 3, 5 and 15 of God’s Gold & Glory Revolution.)
  • Clearly, Jesus’ sacrifice for us before time was successful; and after being restored to the Father, He coexisted with Father and Holy Spirit in the dateless past for billions of years before God ever started all creation!
  • Here is what we need to know…
      • His sacrifice for us before time was successful.
      • Thereafter, He continued to live in glory with Father and Holy Spirit for billions of years—all the way through the first cosmos of the earth, the overthrow of that cosmos, and the second cosmos of Earth until 4,000 years after Adam.
      • Then, Jesus was supernaturally incarnated and born physically as a human in the earth; BUT in His spirit, He was evidently both GOD and HUMAN in His spirit by offering Himself for our sins before time—until 4,000 years after Adam.
      • All during this time, Jesus pre-existed in ALL glory as both GOD and HUMAN in His spirit. It is amazing to me to think that for all these billions of years—from the time of His sacrifice in the spirit for us, until His birth in human form, Jesus was both God and human before the throne of the Father.
  • In all this, He pre-redeemed the human race BEFORE time and then represented the human race as both GOD and HUMAN in His spirit for all these billions of years!
  • Then, as we see in Galatians 4:4, when the fullness of time had come (the right time), Jesus was born in human form!
  • What a miracle this is, and we should think about this for a moment…after having successfully redeemed us before time, Jesus represented the human race before the Father for billions of years BEFORE He would also be born in the earth as a physical human being. WHAT A MIRACLE!

  • Here in the month of December, I wonder how many people are thinking of Jesus in this manner. We were redeemed by the Lord billions of years before the Lord ever formed the first creation! This is just one great part of the miraculous existence of the Lord Jesus Christ!
  • Now, we know that His spirit was imparted into the fetus as Holy Spirit prepared a body for Him inside Mary’s womb (Hebrews 10:5). Since Jesus was NOT born of either the seed of man or woman, His body was a unique, original, and new creation of the beginning of a new human race.
  • Clearly, the Apostle Paul emphasizes this truth in 1 Corinthians 15:49, stating that we, in our creation, have represented the race of the first Adam.
  • Now, as God’s born-again children, we ALSO represent the creation of the second and last Adam (Jesus), as we are His race of people. Please note, the second Adam was originally created in total separation from the first Adam.
  • Again, to call Jesus Jewish is to say that His body was formed with Mary’s DNA and her blood. This would have rendered Jesus’ body sinful after the creation of the first Adam. Rather, He was uniquely created as a brand-new human species with His own DNA and blood.
  • There was no pure blood and no pure DNA in the earth. None of this was available to the descendants of Adam—not even pure Jewish blood. And so, Jesus’ body as the second Adam became the new species of mankind. What a miracle!
  • The Church is quick to call Him the spotless, perfect, sinless man of God, but then call Him Jewish. He came through Jewish lineage and had to be born a human in a human body. Holy Spirit simply used Mary’s womb to create Him separately from all human contact and contamination; thus, He was born the pure, spotless Lamb of God who took away ALL the sins of the world!
  • Here’s how we should celebrate Jesus…
      • He is the Lamb of God who took away the sins of the world in His sacrifice for us BEFORE time; then, in His body, He bore all our sicknesses and earthly iniquities.
      • On the cross, He took more than our sins; He became sin for us in its TOTALITY (2 Corinthians 5:21). He even took sin away from the devil and will forever retain His jurisdiction over sin. He bought all sin, paid for all sin, and then became sin for us all!
      • Jesus redeemed the earth by shedding His blood on it, and through the sacrifice of physical death. On the cross, He paid for our sins and then became sin, thus separating Him from the Father and Holy Spirit.
      • At this point when He became sin, He died spiritually for us. Then, He died physically for us and redeemed the whole world. Jesus then descended into hell and paid the eternal penalty of all sin in hell—once and for all!!
  • When the price was fully paid, according to Romans 8:11, the Spirit of God raised Jesus back to eternal life. At that moment, Jesus was supernaturally recreated in His spirit with His own eternal (Zoe) life, which He had laid down for us by the commandment of the Father so that He could become sin for us.
  • As the first-born man (recreated in spirit to eternal life), Jesus destroyed the power of darkness, took the keys of hell and death, and rose victoriously. When His divine spirit entered His body, it was instantly jolted to life by an act of SUPERNATURAL and INSTANTANEOUS resurrection life, thus His body became a glorious, eternal, spiritual, supernatural body!
  • After 40 days, Jesus ascended to the Father, where He was welcomed, celebrated, and honored by the Father and Holy Spirit.
      • At this time, the Father bestowed on Him the HIGHEST honor of all beings.
      • Jesus became the Lord and Ruler and gained ALL Power of ALL the universe.
      • God the Father turned ALL government over to Him for ALL eternity. Since then, Jesus has been seated at the Father’s right hand.
  • The Lord and Ruler of ALL the universe is interceding for us, His body, the Church…and He will soon return in all the glory of heaven…to receive us, His beloved Church—unto Himself! THIS IS HOW WE SHOULD CELEBRATE JESUS, THE CHRIST, AND SAVIOR OF MANKIND!

He is the eternal Jesus from the dateless past to the eternal future!
Glory be to God forever more!!
